Griffith; a convention session in Madison Square Garden; closeups of Thomas E. Dewey, British Gen. Alexander, and James Forrestal: and the parade through New York City. Part 5, shows two women jailed in Jonesville, Virginia for violating an anti-snake handling law; closeups of the rites of the snake-handling sect of which the women were members; and a panorama of the sect's members outside the jail protesting the arrests.
